Factory 54 is looking for a Marketing & Brand Manager

to take ownership of introducing and growing a new global brand in the Israeli market.

This is a unique opportunity to build a brand from the ground up — shaping its local presence, voice, and impact across retail, digital, PR, influencers, and customer experiences. If you're a creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a deep passion for fashion and branding.

Job Description:


•Lead the full 360° brand strategy, launch, and ongoing marketing efforts of an international premium fashion brand in Israel


•Build and execute comprehensive marketing plans across all channels: retail, digital, PR, influencers, and social media


•Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and brand performance to make data-informed decisions


•Collaborate closely with global brand teams to align strategies and localize assets for the Israeli market


•Create compelling local storytelling and brand communications that align with global brand identity


•Work cross-functionally with e-commerce, retail operations, and visual merchandising teams to ensure consistent and high-quality brand execution


•Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on insights, A/B testing, and KPIs

job requirements:


•2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related roles in consumer goods, fashion, retail, or e-commerce industries


•Strong analytical capabilities – comfortable working with sales data, market insights, and performance metrics


•Proven track record in developing and executing 360° marketing campaigns across digital, PR, and retail platforms


•Exceptional communication skills – both visual storytelling and verbal/written presentation


•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment


•Fluent in English, with excellent writing and presentation abilities


•Deep passion for fashion, global lifestyle brands, and building brand equity from the ground up
