התפקיד כולל אחריות על תכנון, פיתוח והטמעה של תוכניות למידה והדרכה, בשיתוף פעולה עם גורמים פנים-ארגוניים וחיצוניים, ומדווח למנהלת פיתוח ארגוני ולמידה.

תחומי אחריות:

  • אפיון צרכי למידה והדרכה בהתאם ליעדים הארגוניים.
  • פיתוח תוכניות למידה פרונטליות ודיגיטליות.
  • ניהול והובלת סדנאות, קורסים והדרכות שונות.
  • עבודה עם מערכות LMS (מערכת ניהול למידה).
  • מדידה והערכת אפקטיביות של תהליכי למידה.
  • שיתוף פעולה עם מנהלים לקידום תרבות של למידה מתמשכת.
  • יצירת תוכן הדרכתי (מצגות, סרטונים, חוברות עבודה ועוד).

דרישות התפקיד:

  • ניסיון של שנתיים לפחות בתחום הלמידה וההדרכה בארגון.
  • ניסיון בהנחיה ופיתוח הדרכה – חובה.
  • יכולת עבודה עצמאית וניהול פרויקטים.
  • שליטה גבוהה בתוכנות Office ובכלים דיגיטליים ללמידה.
  • ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות LMS – יתרון.
  • נכונות לנסיעות לאתרי החברה
  • יכולת בין-אישית גבוהה, יצירתיות וחשיבה מערכתית.
