We're looking for a
Programmatic Account Manager
to join our team. This is a
hybrid role based in Tel Aviv (2–3 days per week in-office)
. You'll be responsible for managing partner relationships, overseeing integrations, driving performance, and ensuring seamless programmatic operations across our network. The role blends technical troubleshooting, account management, and strategic optimization—perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow relationships with publisher and demand-side partners.
  • Oversee integration processes with ad networks, exchanges, and platforms like Google Ad Manager.
  • Monitor and analyze oRTB campaign performance, implementing data-driven optimizations.
  • Troubleshoot delivery, performance, and integration issues across platforms and partners.
  • Track key performance metrics, prepare reports, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve ad formats, connection types, and programmatic strategy.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and propose innovative solutions to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and contribute to marketing initiatives when relevant.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in programmatic advertising, ideally with oRTB, ad exchanges, or Google Ad Manager.
  • Proven experience managing platform partnerships and optimizing for performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Fluent English and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, independent problem-solver comfortable in a hybrid/remote environment.
  • Experience in marketing or adtech is a strong plus.
