Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Tel Aviv for a Business Development Representative. In this role, the individual will focus on identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with businesses, and analyzing market trends to discover new opportunities. Key responsibilities include generating leads, managing client accounts, and assisting in office space leasing transactions. The representative will work closely with the NextPlace team to achieve business goals and provide outstanding service to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation and client relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build trust and collaborate effectively
- Understanding of business development strategies and market analysis
- Organizational and time management expertise, with attention to detail
- Previous experience in real estate, commercial property leasing, or a related industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and office software
- High level of motivation, proactive attitude, and results-driven approach
