We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Lead
We are looking for an experienced, sharp, and strategic commercial leader who can elevate existing marketing and sales operations, drive innovation, lead teams, and generate meaningful growth.
Role Overview
This role owns the strategic leadership of the company's marketing and sales functions. The position includes building scalable growth engines, strengthening the brand and digital presence, and expanding the company's commercial activity in existing and new markets.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy across media, digital, advertising, and CRM.
- Lead digital activities including SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, content, social media, and automation.
- Brand leadership: positioning, marketing initiatives, commercial materials, and partnership programs.
- Conduct market, competitor, and trend analysis to generate actionable business insights.
- Build and lead the sales strategy: target setting, pipeline creation, processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Manage and mentor sales and marketing teams, including training and professional development.
- Oversee sales performance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
- Expand into new markets through business partnerships, commercial outreach, and international collaboration.
- Own marketing budget planning, analytics, operational performance, and continuous optimization.
Sales
- Lead the company's sales strategy, define annual targets, and build effective sales funnels.
- Work closely with sales managers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Monitor overall sales operations, oversee KPIs, reporting, and trend based insights.
- Lead pricing strategies, contracts, promotional planning, and go to market frameworks driven by market analysis.
- Maintain high operational and service standards across sales floors and customer touchpoints.
- Drive business expansion in local and global markets, including strategic partnerships and commercial relations.
Requirements
- Proven strategic leadership experience: 10+ years in marketing and sales, including team management.
- Strong background building and executing large scale sales and marketing strategies.
- High proficiency in digital marketing: paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media, automation, and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of market data, sales metrics, KPIs, and campaign performance.
- Experience managing budgets, working with vendors, and leading cross organizational projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills internal and external.
- Ability to drive change, accelerate processes, and operate successfully in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
