לחברת הייטק גלובלית דרוש/ה מהנדס/ת - System & Validation Engineer לפיתוח ובדיקת מערכות מולטי־דיסציפלינריות מתקדמות. תכולת התפקיד: פיתוח והובלה של מערכות מורכבות (אלקטרוניקה, אופטיקה, מכניקה) משלב הפיתוח ועד הייצור. עבודה עם CAD, אנליזות טולרנסים וסימולציות מכניות. ביצוע ולידציה Hands-on במעבדה: אינטגרציה, Alignment, Characterization ו־Failure Analysis.

ניתוח נתונים ואוטומציה באמצעות MATLAB / Python. שיתוף פעולה צמוד עם צוותי אופטיקה, מכניקה, אלקטרוניקה ותוכנה. תמיכה ב־Design for Manufacturing ובמעבר מפיתוח לייצור סדרתי. B.Sc בהנדסת מכונות (M.Sc יתרון), 5+ שנות ניסיון.

ניסיון עם מערכות Opto-Mechanical - יתרון משמעותי. רקע בתכן מכני וידע בשיטות ייצור (Injection Molding, Die Casting, Stamping). ניסיון hands-on באינטגרציה ובדיקות מעבדה. שליטה ב־MATLAB / Python - חובה.

ניסיון עם כלי FEM (ANSYS/COMSOL) - יתרון. יכולת עבודה בצוות מולטידיסיפלינרי, בסביבת פיתוח אינטנסיבית.
