Job Requirements

  • Academic degree – an advantage
  • Proven experience in team management, training, and performance improvement – required
  • Experience in safety, quality, and technical project management
  • Strong financial understanding and resource planning skills
  • Familiarity with the construction industry, installation methods, and regulations – strong advantage
  • Experience working with customers, subcontractors, and Lean methodologies – required
  • Native-level Hebrew and high-level English proficiency
