Inviting applications for the role of: Microsoft Partner Development Manager

In this role you'll lead and scale our agentic AI offering in collaboration with Microsoft. This senior role will focus on maximizing the impact of our partnership through the Microsoft Marketplace and Co-Sell program, ensuring our solutions are well-positioned, sales teams are enabled, and pipeline opportunities are actively tracked and converted.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and navigate the Microsoft Marketplace and Co-Sell mechanisms to drive joint sales.
  • Update and maintain Genpact's offerings on the Marketplace, ensuring relevance and alignment with Microsoft's standards.
  • Monitor Marketplace performance and generate insights to optimize visibility and conversion.
  • Conduct enablement sessions for Genpact's sales and GTM teams to promote Microsoft-aligned offerings.
  • Track and report on pipeline opportunities, ensuring accurate data in Salesforce and Microsoft Partner portals.
  • Facilitate connections between Genpact and Microsoft account teams to foster successful co-selling efforts.
  • Build and implement best practices for Marketplace sales and operations.
  • Develop scalable processes to streamline Marketplace activities and expand reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (GTM, delivery, engineering, pre-sales) to ensure offerings are solution-ready and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Present performance updates, pipeline status, and strategic recommendations to internal leadership.
  • Manage funding requests and co-marketing initiatives with Microsoft.
  • Identify and eliminate obstacles to sales through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in technology partnerships, cloud ecosystems, or GTM strategy.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft's partner programs, Marketplace, and Co-Sell motions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Partner Network tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

  • Experience launching and scaling offerings on cloud marketplaces (Microsoft preferred).
  • Background in partner sales, business development, or alliance management.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software, agentic AI, and cloud platforms.
