The Role
As Atera's Junior Creative Marketing Designer, you will:

  • Design a wide range of marketing assets - from social media, emails, and ads to printables, employee swag, and event materials.
  • Create on-brand visuals that are eye-catching, purposeful, and aligned with campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and designers to deliver high-quality creative on time.
  • Support the evolution of Atera's visual identity while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Explore motion, animation, and AI tools to enhance creative output.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of design experience (internships/freelance included).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic motion design skills (a plus) and familiarity with AI-assisted tools.
  • Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication from a known institution.
