XM Cyber, a Cyber Security global leader, is looking for a Creative Marketing Designer to join our fast-paced marketing team, for a maternity-leave cover role.

Role Overview:

As our Creative Marketing Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping how XM Cyber presents itself to the world. You'll be responsible for creating engaging, visually impactful designs across all marketing channels. From digital campaigns and social media to sales collateral and events, you'll bring our brand to life and ensure consistent, compelling storytelling.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute creative assets for marketing campaigns, digital ads, landing pages, social media, and email marketing.
  • Design sales enablement materials including one-pagers, decks, case studies, and product sheets.
  • Create visuals for internal & external events, webinars, and tradeshows.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to translate strategy into high-quality design.
  • Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the XM Cyber brand across all channels.

Collaborate with external vendors and agencies when needed.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a marketing designer, preferably in B2B SaaS companies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing marketing and brand design work (not just UI/UX).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience in creating designs for both digital and print.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business goals and marketing strategy.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in cybersecurity or other tech industries.
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, or other marketing platforms.
