As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our valued clients, which include medium and large advertisers as well as leading advertising agencies. In this position, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and assisting with issues related to integration, fraud prevention, budgeting, and media planning.
You will work closely with an experienced and collaborative Customer Success team that is committed to sharing knowledge and supporting your professional development.
- Experience in mobile marketing is a plus
- Experience managing digital performance-based advertising campaigns
- Analytical skills
- Fluency in English - a must
- Communication skills
- Fast learning
- BA - a must, preferably in Economics, Business Management or other similar fields
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Highly committed and results-oriented
- Moscow-based is a plus
