Responsibilitie
sAs a Customer Success Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers succeed with FINQ's innovative products and services
- :Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries via chat, email, WhatsApp, and phone
- .Guide customers through the onboarding process and empower them to use FINQ's products effectively
- .Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction
- .Identify upselling opportunities and recommend tailored solutions to enhance customer value
- .Collaborate closely with Product teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues
- .Continuously monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics, contributing to ongoing improvements
.Requirement
- s2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., customer service, customer success, sales, support)
- .Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English (both written and verbal)
- .A self-starter mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- .Proficiency in using digital communication tools (e.g., chat platforms, WhatsApp, and CRM systems)
- .Strong organizational abilities with a sharp eye for detail
- .Exceptional multitasking capabilities and the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments
- .This is a full-time, on-site position in our modern and centrally located Tel Aviv office. Due to the dynamic nature of our work, flexibility in scheduling and availability is essential
- .FINQ is growing fast For now the role follows a standard weekday schedule, but as we expand you can expect some evening and occasional Friday shifts
- .Bachelor's degree / certification studies or extensive knowledge in Financial markets / pension funds / Insurance – a significant advantage
