Responsibilitie

sAs a Customer Success Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers succeed with FINQ's innovative products and services

  • :Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries via chat, email, WhatsApp, and phone
  • .Guide customers through the onboarding process and empower them to use FINQ's products effectively
  • .Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction
  • .Identify upselling opportunities and recommend tailored solutions to enhance customer value
  • .Collaborate closely with Product teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues
  • .Continuously monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics, contributing to ongoing improvements

.Requirement

  • s2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., customer service, customer success, sales, support)
  • .Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English (both written and verbal)
  • .A self-starter mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • .Proficiency in using digital communication tools (e.g., chat platforms, WhatsApp, and CRM systems)
  • .Strong organizational abilities with a sharp eye for detail
  • .Exceptional multitasking capabilities and the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments
  • .This is a full-time, on-site position in our modern and centrally located Tel Aviv office. Due to the dynamic nature of our work, flexibility in scheduling and availability is essential
  • .FINQ is growing fast For now the role follows a standard weekday schedule, but as we expand you can expect some evening and occasional Friday shifts
  • .Bachelor's degree / certification studies or extensive knowledge in Financial markets / pension funds / Insurance – a significant advantage
