We're looking for a passionate and results-driven
Key Account Manager
to lead and grow our institutional ice cream business. If you thrive in strategic sales environments and know how to build long-term partnerships, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and develop strategic institutional accounts in the ice cream category.
- Drive sales growth and profitability through annual plans and commercial processes.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Lead negotiations, contracts, and trade terms to ensure business continuity.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the channel.
- Create tailored solutions to enhance guest experience and increase sell-out.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver creative solutions for client needs.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in the institutional/professional market.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor's degree – an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work with data and digital tools to track performance and drive decisions.
