Job Overview:

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer with expertise in cloud and infrastructure solutions to work closely with our sales team in understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions, and leading complex sales processes. This role involves direct engagement with business customers to gather technical requirements and present comprehensive IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client technology needs and propose customized solutions

Direct interaction with business clients to gather technical requirements

Prepare and present technology solutions, including cloud services, storage, servers, networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity

Create design documentation (HLD/LLD), presentations, and technical proposals (RFP/RFI)

Provide technical support to sales teams in pre-sales activities, including POCs and client presentations

Monitor emerging technology trends and update internal teams accordingly

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales or Solution Architecture in cloud and infrastructure domains

Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or private cloud solutions (VMware, Nutanix)

Experience with storage, backup, servers, virtualization, networking, and cybersecurity solutions

Excellent technical writing skills, including preparing design documents and proposals

Proven ability to present solutions and execute POCs with senior clients

Strong business and technical acumen with a broad systems-level perspective
