As our
Affiliate Manager
, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy, managing key partnerships and driving performance. If you're a sales-driven, energetic, and proactive person with strong interpersonal skills – we want to meet you.
Your Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our global network
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners
- Analyze lead quality and data to optimize performance
- Drive volume and lead acquisition through strategic partnerships
- Negotiate deals and set commercial terms with partners
What You Bring:
- High sales abilities and a proactive, self-motivated approach
- Energetic personality with strong communication skills
- Experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management – a plus
- High-level English – a must (daily work is in English)
- Russian or other languages – a significant advantage
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
