ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to support our international trade operations. You will manage administrative functions, coordinate logistics, and liaise with domestic and international stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage daily office operations and provide comprehensive administrative support

Communicate directly with clients and suppliers in Israel and abroad

Coordinate with customs brokers, regulatory agencies, and government entities (including the Ministry of Health)

Assist with import/export processes and coordinate logistics arrangements

Troubleshoot logistical issues and provide real-time solutions

Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for management and clients

Support marketing initiatives and represent the company to external stakeholders

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role

Excellent English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing)

Fluent Hebrew speaker

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Independent work style with strong organizational and prioritization skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in international trade, import/export, or customs operations

Knowledge of logistics and shipping procedures

Experience with CRM systems or business management software

Multilingual abilities (French, Arabic, or other languages)
