Be Accountable For:

  • Plan and execute strategic offline marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including TV (linear and CTV/OTT), radio, billboards, direct mail, and PPL.
  • Manage partnerships with agencies, vendors, and platforms such as broadcasters, OTT/CTV services, and I Heart Radio.
  • Optimize and expand marketing budgets, increasing the allocation for offline channels from 10-15% to 30-40%.
  • Develop and implement creative messaging strategies tailored to each channel, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and refine strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate offline marketing efforts with broader company goals.
  • Explore niche advertising opportunities and innovative strategies to engage target audiences effectively.

The Right Person:

  • At least 3 years of significant experience managing ATL/offline marketing campaigns with a focus on high-impact, high-budget projects.
  • Familiarity with offline channels such as TV, radio, and creative advertising.
  • Strategic and performance mindset with the ability to connect campaign performance to business objectives.
  • Ability to analyze campaigns performance, evaluation and collaboration with external agencies.
  • Strong understanding of branding, messaging, and creative content adaptation for different media channels.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Enthusiasm for innovation, adaptability, and a passion for learning.
  • Creative experience is an advantage
