About the Position
Primis is seeking a
Media Buyer – Search Arbitrage
to join our team in the Search Arbitrage / RSOC domain.
You will be directly responsible for planning, launching and managing search arbitrage campaigns across social and native platforms, creating and testing ad creatives (copy, visuals, campaign angles), and optimizing key performance metrics such as ROI, CTR, CPC, and RPC.
In this hands-on role, you will refine performance marketing strategies via continuous A/B testing, smart bidding techniques, creative iteration, and audience segmentation.
You will be responsible for conducting keyword research, monitoring market trends, identifying fresh opportunities and collaborating with content, creative, and tech teams to elevate campaign performance. You will operate within a high-energy, results-driven environment that empowers you with tools, infrastructure, and a clear path for specialization and growth in the ad tech space.
Requirements
- 1 year experience in RSOC / Search Arbitrage.
- Hands-on experience in performance (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Taboola, or other social/native platforms).
- Skilled at writing ad copy, testing multiple angles, and generating campaign ideas.
- Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, tracking tools, and performance dashboards.
- Experience with A/B testing, bid management, and campaign scaling.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with fluent English.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of performance goals.
- Familiarity with feed monetization models (RSOC, YHS, AFD) – advantage
