About Investment Banking
Our division works on some of the most complex financial challenges and transactions in the market today. Whether advising on a merger, providing financial solutions for an acquisition, or structuring an initial public offering, we handle projects that help clients at major milestones. We are looking for a skilled and motivated student to join the team in Paris from January 2026.
Job Responsibilities
Off-cycle interns in Investment Banking assist our advisory teams in structuring and executing a full range of transactions for Israeli clients across M&A, capital raises, and other financial transactions.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating financial models
- Preparing client presentations
- Conducting business due diligence sessions
- Managing transaction process
Off-cycle interns in the Tel-Aviv office closely interact with sector and product teams in other offices, particularly London, New York and San Francisco.
Basic Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with an excellent academic track record, strong analytical skills, a solid work ethic, high motivation levels as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous internship experience in Investment Banking is preferred, but not essential. The programme is open to students graduating between June 2026 and June 2027. Fluency in English and Hebrew is required.
