Role Overview

We are seeking a resourceful, highly organized, and proactive individual to work closely with our VP of Business Development. In this role, you will take on diverse responsibilities — from coordinating patent filings and drafting contracts, to preparing regulatory documents, supporting clinical trials, organizing conferences, and assisting with sales initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to research new topics, prepare high-quality presentations, and contribute to market development efforts.

This is a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the dynamic environment of a medical startup, learn rapidly, and contribute across multiple areas of the business.

Please note: This is a
full-time, on-site position
with potential travel requirements in the future.

You will be required to engage in extensive reading and writing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patent filings, draft contracts, and manage documentation.
  • Research and master new topics quickly to support ongoing projects.
  • Prepare and refine presentations, sales materials, and conference content.
  • Assist in coordinating pre-clinical and clinical trial activities, including related research tasks.
  • Track and follow up on action items across multiple projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to support business development initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors, partners, and internal teams.
