We are seeking a
Customer Success Scientist
to join our Data Science & Revenue Performance team. This unique role blends advanced data science expertise with direct customer engagement. You will serve as the technical counterpart for our airline clients, ensuring that our models and solutions are not only cutting-edge, but also aligned with customer needs and business realities.
What You'll Do
- Act as the bridge between customers and our DS/engineering teams, translating business questions into data-driven insights.
- Partner with airline stakeholders to understand their challenges and adapt our models accordingly.
- Design, run, and explain experiments to measure impact, always linking results to clear business outcomes.
- Support adoption of our solutions, building client trust through technical expertise and strong communication.
- Continuously provide feedback from the field to improve our products and methodologies.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Applied Analytics, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, statistical modeling, and ML techniques.
- Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in customer-facing or cross-functional roles.
- A mix of analytical rigor and interpersonal skills – able to deep-dive into code one moment and explain results to executives the next.
- BSc degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
