Dispatch & Customer Operations Specialist

Our technology empowers Captains and Officers on the bridge with real-time, accurate environmental data, enabling them to make critical decisions confidently. By harnessing AI and innovative tools alongside existing infrastructure, we're charting a new course in marine transportation.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to lead the dispatch and installation process of the Orca AI system across our global customer base. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end flow of product delivery — from coordinating international shipments to ensuring successful onboard installations. You will serve as the main point of contact between customers, logistics partners, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience throughout the deployment process. Note - this is not a managerial position.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the global dispatch of Orca AI systems, ensuring shipments are delivered accurately and on time.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and partners throughout the dispatch and installation process.
- Provide clear technical guidance and support to customers during system installation and setup.
- Track and follow up on ongoing installations, resolving any technical or logistical issues that arise.
- Work closely with internal teams — including R&D, Customer Success, and Service Providers — to ensure smooth deployment and onboarding.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and internal guides to support consistent processes and effective communication.
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to optimizing dispatch, logistics, and installation workflows.
- Support post-installation reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and proper system functionality.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in global operations, logistics coordination, or technical support.
- Maritime or technical field experience – a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with ticketing, CRM, or logistics management systems – advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – must.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Flexibility for varied working hours when required to support global operations.
We work 4 days a week from our offices in Tel Aviv.
