In this position you will…
Lead the technical onboarding and configuration of new customers, manage service requests and platform changes for existing accounts, and drive expert-level support across all Bolt modules. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver hands-on solutions that ensure platform excellence and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for…
- Acting as the subject matter expert of the Professional Services team, on all Bolt modules, with deep understanding of their configuration, capabilities, and limitations.
- Lead the hands-on technical onboarding of new customers, including platform setup, configuration, and validation of service readiness.
- Executing and managing service requests and platform changes of existing customers, ensuring timely delivery.
- Supporting solution design reviews, including documentation, stakeholder alignment, and technical feasibility assessments.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across customer environments, escalating when necessary and own post release monitoring of new content.
- Participating in internal and external meetings as a technical voice, providing insights, guidance, and recommendations.
- Deliver customer training and workshops for effective product usage and best practices.
- Collaborating with Product and development teams to communicate customer feedback and requirements.
- Continuously improving delivery processes and contributing to the evolution of Bolt's technical service offerings.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Technical Support or Implementation Specialist.
- Proven experience in writing and optimizing SQL scripts to support diverse data processing, transformation, and analysis tasks.
- Familiarity with C# (basic level required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
