
Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a driven hunter to join our journey as a Sales Development Rep (SDR). In this role you will be an integral part of our go to market team, and drive ARMO's business growth by generating leads, and promoting ARMO across both the U.S. East and West Coasts. You will be focused on outbound prospecting, responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers through email, phone and linkedin campaigns , nurturing through the initial stages of the sales funnel, and setting up qualified appointments, while working closely with the sales and marketing teams .
What will you do?
Initiate custom reach outs based on ICP (ideal customer profile) and lists, and marketing-generated leads in the US
Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting, identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social mediaEstablish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales opportunities

Concisely deliver the ARMO message and use cases
Understand and concisely deliver ARMO's value proposition and use cases clearly and effectively to potential customers.Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries generated by marketing activities.
Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM system.
Schedule discovery meetings and Demos and prep the sales team prior to the discussion.
Research and evaluate prospects prior to engagement
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine prospecting/outbound strategies and messaging .
Occasionally Represent ARMO at industry events and partner conferences
About you:
2 years of SaaS SDR experience demonstrating quota achievement
Passionate, competitive and Enthusiastic about sales with a drive to meet and exceed targets
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
Self-starter and Self-learner who enjoys working in high pace, fast growth environments and thrives in a dynamic result oriented environment

An uncompromising hands on, can-do attitude and problem solving skills.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written with strong interpersonal skills
Previous experience in the DevOps, Dev Tools, or Cyber Security Industry- an advantage
Previous experience in outbound sales development- an advantage
Working on US time (East & West coast)
Proficient in both English and Hebrew. Additional Languages are an advantage.
