OG Ltd is hiring a
Senior SDR
to drive the outbound pipeline across global B2B markets. This role is entirely
on-site in our Netanya office
, working closely with management and commercial teams.
You'll engage directly with senior decision-makers — distributors, procurement heads, clinic owners, retailers, and executives across multiple regions. We're looking for someone who can open doors, create opportunities, and elevate our outbound engine.
What You'll Do
• Run high-quality outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, video)
• Identify and engage key B2B decision makers: CEOs, GMs, procurement directors, distributors
• Build sequences, automations, and workflows inside
HubSpot
• Use tools like
, Apollo, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Research markets, qualify prospects, and run strong discovery conversations
• Book qualified meetings and generate consistent top-of-funnel pipeline
• Work closely with AEs/management to refine outbound strategy and targeting
What You Bring
• 3+ years SDR experience in
B2B industries
(import/export, distribution, retail, medical/beauty, logistics, manufacturing, etc.)
• Experience speaking with senior buyers, business owners, and high-level decision makers
• Skilled in
HubSpot CRM + automations
• Comfortable using modern outbound tools (
Instantly, Apollo, SalesLoft, Lemlist, etc
.)
• Strong communicator, organized, KPI-driven
• Self-starter with ownership mentality and the ability to elevate outbound operations
• Leadership potential (without explicitly stating a leadership role)
