
Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Sheba Medical Center, Israel's leading medical institution and one of the world's top 8 hospitals, is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO of Sheba Negev — a unique opportunity to take part in building a groundbreaking health campus in Israel's south.
About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic, proactive, and highly organized Chief of Staff to serve as the right hand to the CEO of Sheba Negev. The role involves managing and leading executive operations, coordinating organizational, planning, and operational processes, and ensuring effective execution of management initiatives and decisions during the establishment phase of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate executive office activities, including work plans, task prioritization, and follow-up on implementation of decisions and directives.
- Manage interfaces with internal stakeholders (management, divisions, departments) and external partners (government ministries, local authorities, strategic partners, and consultants).
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor strategic projects, ensuring timelines, goals, and budgets are met.
- Prepare and support management, board, and steering committee meetings, including content preparation, summaries, and follow-ups.
- Assist the CEO in developing strategic documents, presentations, and position papers.
- Initiate and lead improvement and efficiency processes across operational and strategic domains.
Qualifications:
- Relevant academic degree (Bachelor's minimum) in Economics, Business Administration, Health Systems Management, Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems Management.
- Master's degree – an advantage.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in leading complex organizational processes with multiple interfaces, including timeline and integration management – mandatory.
- Experience working with senior executives/CEOs – mandatory.
- Experience in system establishment or transformation projects – advantage.
- Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, with broad strategic thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew (English – advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills combined with teamwork.
- Initiative, independence, discretion, and high reliability.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in system establishment or transformation projects – advantage.
