You'll not only own outbound prospecting and lead qualification but also help us shape new processes, playbooks, and best practices. This is a unique opportunity to grow, work closely with top professionals, and make an impact from day one.
What You'll Do
- Own the outbound lead lifecycle: research, prospect, qualify, and hand off to sales.
- Research target accounts and stakeholders to craft personalized outreach.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Build and refine messaging, sequences, and campaigns that convert.
- Contribute to building playbooks, tools, and scalable sales processes.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of SDR/BDR experience in a B2B SaaS company with a track record of generating opportunities.
- Native or bilingual-level English.
- Strong communication skills, you know how to cut through the noise.
- High energy, resilience, and a proactive, positive mindset.
- A quick learner who absorbs product and industry knowledge fast.
- Startup experience is a plus.
- Strong collaborator with excellent organizational skills and a goal-driven mindset
