Pre-Sales & Solutions Manager

We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales & Solutions Manager to join our team.
This role combines
technical sales engineering
with
commercial proposal management
, ensuring prospects receive both strong technical validation and clear business proposals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver product demonstrations and lead technical discussions with prospects and partners.
- Scope and deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs), ensuring customer success in evaluations.
- Translate customer needs into tailored solution designs.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotes, and RFP responses.
- Collaborate with the sales team on pricing strategy and deal structuring.
- Provide training and technical enablement materials for the sales team.
- Support marketing and business development events with technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience
in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting (cybersecurity experience preferred). - Experience preparing commercial offers and proposals.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Familiarity with CRM/CPQ tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
