As Product Marketing Manager at , you'll have the unique opportunity to expand and accelerate the Product Marketing function as a highly valued member of our rapidly growing team. You should be ready to jump in, learn on the fly and contribute immediately as we accelerate our efforts to create unrivaled demand for our high growth B2B SaaS observability platform.

In this role reporting directly to the CMO, you will contribute directly to our developing technical, go-to-market and content strategies for the organization's cloud-native SaaS solutions. Significant emphasis will be placed on researching and building an understanding of the market, related technologies and the buyer needs that drive our business. Armed with this knowledge, you'll support marketing campaigns, content generation and sales enablement efforts, among many others.

You'll develop compelling positioning, messaging, and campaigns that highlight our key differentiators in the market. You'll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to create effective content and enablement materials that articulate our unique value proposition, with a focus on our AI capabilities, cost-effectiveness, and seamless user experience.

Below are the key responsibilities of the role.

Positioning & Messaging:

  • Refine and implement our AI-Powered Observability positioning strategy
  • Develop targeted messaging for different customer segments and use cases
  • Create compelling value propositions that effectively communicate our platform's capabilities and benefits

Sales Enablement:

  • Equip the sales team with effective messaging, qualification questions, and competitive positioning
  • Create impactful sales collateral that clearly communicates our platform's value proposition
  • Train teams on how to effectively articulate our differentiators and address customer pain points

Campaign Development & Execution:

  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and build market awareness
  • Develop comprehensive content strategies that address customer pain points while showcasing our platform's capabilities
  • Collaborate with demand generation to implement tactical experiments and optimize campaign performance

Competitive Intelligence:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive competitive battle cards and market analysis
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive positioning in the observability space
  • Develop effective differentiation strategies that highlight our unique value proposition

Content Creation:

  • Lead the development of high-value content including technical deep dives, customer success stories, and SEO-optimized articles
  • Develop comparison content, TCO calculators, and other resources that demonstrate our platform's value
  • Create thought leadership content that positions as experts in AI-powered observability

Qualifications (Required):

  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience with a focus on technical products
  • Proven track record developing positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences (DevOps, SREs, engineers)
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, observability, or related technical domains
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Data-driven approach to measuring campaign effectiveness

Qualifications (Preferred):

  • Experience in observability, monitoring, or log management solutions
  • Background in AI/ML technologies or marketing AI-enhanced products
  • Familiarity with open-source technologies and communities
  • Understanding of developer and IT operations workflows and pain points
  • Experience marketing to companies transitioning from open-source to managed solutions
