We've just secured $20M, which we plan on using to grow our global footprint through international branches.

Air Doctor offers travelers the best possible services if they fall ill abroad through quick and convenient access to high-quality medical care from anywhere in the world, all through an easy-to-use app. The Air Doctor app connects travelers to a global network of over 20,000 professional medical doctors across 75 countries. This means travelers can get treated by a doctor who speaks their language, whilst avoiding expensive visits to hospitals or medical clinics.

About the Job

As VP of Product, you will shape and execute our B2B2C product vision, own the roadmap, and ensure perfect alignment between business goals and end-user needs. You will lead a team of product managers, drive innovation across our platform, and create an exceptional experience for both our business partners and customers. This is a senior leadership role with significant impact on the company's growth, quality, and market position.

What Will You Do?

  • Define and execute the product strategy to realize the company's vision, setting a medium- and long-term roadmap that balances business, technology, marketing, and end-user experience considerations.
  • Lead the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that drive value for both businesses and end users, and deliver measurable results.
  • Drive ongoing research into market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs, turning insights into actionable product opportunities.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team, creating a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive the implementation of product processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with RD, QA, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure product alignment and execution.
  • Leverage data and KPIs to measure performance, and guide decision-making for efficiency and growth.

What Do We Look For?

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within B2B2C environment.
  • At least 2 years in leadership positions, including leading teams.
  • Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership, able to drive initiatives forward and ensure execution, while maintaining a strategic perspective.
  • Strong technical fluency, with the ability to navigate and communicate complex concepts around integrations, APIs, backend systems, SDK and security.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics, KPIs, and user insights to guide product decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and inspire teams while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in insurtech or healthtech industries, is an advantage.

Experience operating in international or multi-market environments, is an advantage
