About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced sales leader with strategic thinking, a passion for sales, and a strong background in selling tech products. This is a high-responsibility role focused on building, managing, and leading the entire sales operation within the company.

We're seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales Manager who is genuinely passionate about sales. This is a role for someone who thrives on challenges, loves to sell, and is motivated by a deep desire to drive revenue and lead business growth.

This role includes field work, client visits, and building professional relationships.

The position reports directly to the CEO.

Hybrid role — company offices are located in Tel Aviv.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build the company's sales infrastructure: processes, procedures, and technologies
  • Develop business relationships with clients and external partners
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including mentoring, coaching, and driving performance
  • Create tailored value propositions for both existing and new customers
  • Lead the company's sales and growth activities, including developing value offers and pricing strategies
  • Design and manage effective marketing and sales processes that deliver real results

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales management role — mandatory
  • Familiarity with sales KPIs in the SaaS space
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage business relationships with large organizations
  • Skilled in managing client and partner meetings and communications
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS / B2B ecosystem — advantage
  • Experience with automation, analytics, and use of AI — significant advantage
