Business Acumen: Capability to strategize, analyze market trends, and develop business plans that foster growth and profitability. 6. Security Organizations Experience: Worked in defense organizations, Deep understanding of the defense sector's unique challenges and requirements. This insider knowledge will empower you to tailor our sales approach to meet the specific needs of security-conscious clients.

  1. Building strong relationships with defense clients and key stakeholders 8. Travel: This role involves frequent travel
    • Vast experience selling into the defense local & global market.
    • Ability to prepare commercial price proposals and work independently.

  2. Must have over 5 years of successful Direct and Channel Sales experience in the defense market.
    • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
    • Strong technical background - a must.
    • Understanding in Command & Control - a great advantage.

  3. Strong presentation skills and personal charm to build relationships.
    • Ability to perform in a complex environment and strive to meet sales objectives.
    • Experience in leading complex sales processes, including large and multiple proposal efforts.
    • Past experience in Project / Program Management in the Defense market - an advantage.
  4. Fluent in English, an additional European language is a plus.
    • MBA is an advantage.
