Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled German Retention Agent to join our dynamic international team in Ramat Gan, Israel.

Salary: Extremely competitive base salary with high attractive commissions (estimated monthly salary: $5,000-$10,000) and benefits package that includes a positive and friendly atmosphere.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote the company's products and services to prospective and existing clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers
  • Increase chances of future sales by providing exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with financial markets to provide expert advice to clients
  • Work flexible shifts, including 10:00-19:00 hours for Agents

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent German language skills, both oral and written. English language skills at least B2 level
  • Previous experience in similar roles within the Forex & CFD industry is a must
  • Strong computer savviness and ability to work with deadlines and targets
  • Management and mathematics skills, as well as excellent objection-handling skills
  • Availability to start immediately
