About the Role:

The Talent Hunter is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team as a Retention Agent. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers proactively, and utilizing effective communication techniques to retain clients and promote services.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service and support to existing clients in relevant markets
  • Engage customers proactively to understand their needs and address any concerns
  • Utilize effective communication techniques to retain clients and promote services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly retention targets
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service or retention roles
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in German or French preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts as required
