Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to handle customer retention across multiple desks, including CA, AU, German, and French segments. As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging customers proactively, and utilizing effective communication techniques to retain clients and promote services.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients in relevant markets.
- Proactive Engagement: Engage customers proactively to understand their needs and address any concerns.
- Retention Strategies: Utilize effective communication techniques to retain clients and promote services.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly retention targets.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer service and retention roles, excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in German or French preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are also essential.
