Job Description

The primary responsibility of the German Retention Agent/Manager will be to promote our products and services, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under deadlines and targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Native or fluent German language skills, both oral and written
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Forex & CFD industry (a must)
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
  • Strong objection-handling skills and ability to work with deadlines and targets
