About the Role

This position is ideal for those who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. As a French Retention Agent, you will play a crucial role in promoting our company's products and services, developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and converting high-quality leads into long-lasting customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote our company's products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase loyalty and repeat business
  • Convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers through effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ensure that clients receive the highest level of service at all times
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest financial market trends and developments
Requirements
  • Native/fluent in French, both oral and written; English (at least B2 level)
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the Forex & CFD Industry is highly desirable
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work with deadlines and targets
  • Excellent management and mathematics skills
  • Great objection-handling skills
  • Ability to start or join the company with short notice
