Job OverviewWe are seeking highly motivated and skilled Customer Success Experts to join our team as Retention Agents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving retention across multiple markets.
Main Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide prompt and effective support to existing clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers proactively to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring seamless interactions and building strong relationships.
- Retention Strategies: Develop and implement effective retention strategies to promote services and drive client loyalty.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including follow-ups and feedback.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily and monthly retention targets, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.
We operate multiple desks, each with unique shift hours and responsibilities:
- CA Desk (Team Leader & Retention): Shift Hours: 17:00 - 01:00
- AU Desk (Retention): Shift Hours: 05:00 - 14:00
- German Desk (Team Leader & Retention): Shift Hours: 10:00 - 19:00
- French Desk (Retention): Shift Hours: 15:00 - 23:00
- Proven Experience: Demonstrate a strong background in customer service and retention roles, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Languages: Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in German or French preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Adaptability: Show flexibility in working varying shifts as required, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
