Marketing Art Lead Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Art lead to spearhead the creative direction of playable ads for performance marketing and user acquisition. As a creative leader, you will champion the integration of artificial intelligence to enhance our creative process, from ideation to execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide artistic guidance and mentorship to a team of designers and animators, fostering their professional growth and cultivating a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  • Develop data-informed artistic requirements for Moon Active's playable ads, analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and player data.
  • Drive creative ideation using traditional graphic tools and AI to generate visual concepts, mockups, and storyboards.
  • Guide the team on aesthetic and engagement improvements, providing constructive feedback on creative assets.
  • Oversee teams of artists across all media types, ensuring that all playable ads visuals meet quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience leading a team of artists within a mobile game studio.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading mobile game projects.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard graphic and 3D tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for creative ideation and workflow optimization.
  • A solid understanding of casual mobile games mechanics, UX & UI, animation, color theory, composition, typography, and diverse graphic styles.
  • The ability to research, recommend, direct, and manage vendors and freelance artists.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and priorities.
