As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of interactive entertainment. You will be responsible for managing the operation of monetization and product activities, ensuring the smooth running of all promotions, events, and live tests.

• Operations Management: Oversee the configuration of promotions and control game features through the Back Office system.
• Delivery and Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of all activities and features to production, including the smooth running of all promotions, events, and live tests.
• Campaign Setup: Set up campaigns in the game's Back Office system, including managing assets, pricing configurations, segments, etc.
• Operational Requirements: Provide operational requirements for new features and tools to ensure efficiency and flexibility according to business needs.
• Collaboration: Work with different studio departments, including Monetization, Economy, R&D, Product, and BA.
• Quality Control: Work with the QA team to provide high-quality products and activities.

• Technical Background: Technical background in Operations, CRM, Technical Support, Configuration, Technical Project Manager, QA, or similar role.
• Attention to Detail: Highly attentive to details, thorough, responsible, and punctual, with the ability to learn and operate multiple applications.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.
• Analytic Skills: Analytic skills and the ability to work with large data sets.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes.
• Multitasking: Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Language Proficiency: English proficiency, both spoken and written (must).
• Education: BA or B.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant Engineering field (advantage).
