The Role

The Client Advisor is the face of our business in Israel. The Client Advisor leads new client acquisition and retention through a broad knowledge of investments, banking, and financial planning.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients in Israel.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a 3-5 year strategy and business plan with target assets under management (AuM) and people
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, acquire new clients, and deliver excellent service
  • Collaborate closely with the Israel offshore team and work in a team spirit
  • Partner with different lines of business in Switzerland and other key locations
  • Maintain a highly motivated team environment, entrepreneurial spirit, and teamwork
  • Demonstrate strong financial and quantitative analysis skills
  • Presentation and communication skills, persuasive personality
Experience, Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies Required
  • Business experience of 5-10 years in Private Banking covering Israeli clients
  • Well-connected within the high-tech sector and proven track record within high-tech entrepreneurs
  • Strong knowledge of global financial markets and experience in structuring and managing portfolios across all asset classes
  • Bilingual (English and Hebrew), additional languages an asset
  • Person of integrity, high sense of responsibility, personal engagement/initiative, pronounced entrepreneurial attitude, seeking continuous improvement
  • Creative mind in finding investment solutions for clients in challenging market circumstances
  • Awareness and knowledge of compliance, legal, and regulatory practices in relevant markets
  • Flexibility, curiosity, 'can do' attitude, high social competence, proactive
