Cloud Architect Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect to join our team. As a Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing and building cloud-based systems that meet the needs of our customers.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cloud architectures that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our cloud-based systems meet the required service level agreements (SLAs) and technical specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud architecture, experience working with AWS, and a proven track record of delivering cloud-based projects on time and within budget. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to think strategically about business and technology challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build cloud-based systems that meet customer requirements
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cloud architectures
  • Ensure cloud-based systems meet SLAs and technical specifications
  • Develop and maintain cloud-based infrastructure documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud architecture
  • Experience working with AWS
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Cloud certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate)
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
