Office Administrator

We're seeking an organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for welcoming and directing them appropriately while enforcing our security policies.

This role involves providing administrative support across the organization, managing calendars, meetings, and conference rooms. You will also respond to employee inquiries and office needs, receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers, lead office and facilities maintenance, and maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors, direct and announce them accordingly
  • Manage planning and logistics associated with calendars, meetings, and conference rooms
  • Respond to employee inquiries and office needs
  • Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers
  • Lead office and facilities maintenance (building maintenance, cleaning, parking)
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access

Qualifications
  • Solid communication skills in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal) - Essential
  • Experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities - Desired
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills - Required
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise - Must
