We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes and procedures, with experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end procurement processes from initiation to purchase order generation
  • Ensuring all procurement activities align with company policies and approval workflows
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to validate procurement needs and approvals
  • Tracking and managing procurement timelines to ensure timely processing of vendor agreements, POs, and deliveries

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary administrator and user support for the procurement system
  • Troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues
  • Maintaining data accuracy in the procurement system
  • Providing training and guidance to employees on using the procurement system effectively

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.
