Marketing Automation Manager Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Automation Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for promoting and supporting acquisition and retention projects & tasks in multiple languages and regions.

This manager will oversee the company user engagement platform, including omnichannel and multi-platform campaign and user-journey set-up and optimization, creating and maintaining landing pages, data implementation, KPI reports and monitoring.

The ideal candidate will be technical, innovative, and results-driven with a passion for marketing technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating Fiverr's user engagement platform from a technical point of view, working with data, analyzing & reporting, testing, HTML CSS, and QA
  • Messaging workflow implementation process, and enhancements on existing and new flows
  • Monitoring campaign and related processes performance and making recommendations for improvement
  • Translating business needs to technical processes in user engagement platform
  • Working with Retention, Product, R&D, BI, and other Marketing teams for any operational requirements
  • Managing the Retention platform database, implementing metrics, data validation, and monitoring to measure and improve the CRM operational processes
  • Building campaign segmentation, and agreed contact/business rules
  • Designing, building, QA, and deploying emails, landing pages, and other CRM communications in multiple languages
  • Meeting daily deadlines and objectives in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience with HTML & CSS and responsive design coding
  • Familiarity with CMS concepts
  • At least 2 years of experience with email marketing
  • Hands-on experience with campaign management/engagement platforms
  • Understanding data system concepts, databases, BI
  • Familiarity with multi-lingual campaigns - an advantage
  • Experience with back-end development - an advantage
  • Experience writing SQL - an advantage
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company - an advantage
  • High level of English - a must
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform under pressure
