Sales Back Office

Over the past 4.5 years, we have developed one of the smartest and most sophisticated autonomous trading technologies that has now served over 200 enterprise clients, traded hundreds of billions of dollars and is one of the major liquidity providers in the digital asset space.
As an Sales Back Office you will be responsible for organizing all of our data from the sales department.
You will be the one in charge of maintaining the CRM and leveraging all it's power for decision making, turning cold leads hot, and improving our outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the sales and operations team to analyse new opportunities
Organise all the team's data, and help creating processes for constant improvement
Analyse new projects with a critical mind and present findings to the rest of the team
Qualifications
1+ year of experience as a Sales Representative / Sales Development Representative
Strong understanding of CRM processes and practices
Relationship management skills
Interest in Web3 projects
Experience working in a remote capacity with a focus on communication through Slack and task management platforms like Asana
A hustler mentality and a strong sense of grit - there is little hand-holding at this job so you will have to hold yourself accountable
It is crucial to communicate effectively, pay close attention, and be able to clearly outline next steps, as well as ensuring prompt follow-up.
