We are looking for an experienced
Sales Manager
to lead our sales operations and drive continuous growth.

This is a key leadership role, managing the call center and sales teams, as well as developing strong relationships with travel agents and working closely with marketing and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage sales teams across call centers and travel agent channels
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and implement measurable work processes
  • Strengthen and expand collaborations with external travel agents
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to adapt campaigns and maximize exposure
  • Oversee professional sales and service processes, including reporting and continuous improvement
  • Provide guidance, training, and professional support for sales and back-office staff

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in sales and team leadership
  • Proven background in tourism, hospitality, or airline industry (must)
  • Experience managing call centers or service units
  • Strong Excel skills
