About the Position

​At Primis, Business Development Managers go beyond traditional sales roles. Business Development Manager identifies leads, builds relationships, and negotiates through extended sales cycles with leading publishers worldwide. 

We're seeking a dynamic sales professional with a proven track record in acquiring and managing publisher partnerships to join our expanding Business Development team. 

This role requires a motivated individual who thrives on closing deals and can multitask between recruiting new publishers, supporting technical onboarding, and optimizing new accounts during critical early stages.

  • At least 3 years of proven work experience in a similar role in Adtech - Must
  • Previous experience successfully signing deals, driving revenue through prospecting, pitching, negotiating and renewing business with mid-tier & premium digital publishers 
  • Network of digital publishers and direct connection. 
  • Fundamental understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, publisher landscape, and the online advertising industry
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 
  • High attention to detail and powerful analytical skills
  • Fluent English- reading, writing and speaking
  • Self-motivated, goal and target-oriented executor that desires to be a key contributor and strong team player
  • B.A/ B.Sc. degree in Economics/Finance/Communication/Management or equivalent
