A Software Sources
Account Executive
establishes relationships and engages with the business and IT management level to identify opportunities and sell our products and services directly to new and existing accounts or specified strategic accounts. They use their experience selling complex software solutions to large enterprise accounts to effectively build and lead teams of resources to achieve established account strategies.

Major Responsibilities

· Establish and maintain relationships with resellers, system integrators to develop and achieve account strategies and opportunity plans.

· Understand and navigate account procurement practices to successfully negotiate profitable licensing contracts.

· 
Identify and develop new business opportunities with strategic accounts, new markets, and inbound leads.

· Work in a team with other team members, including the technical team.

· Solve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with our products and services.

· Exceed sales targets and demonstrate continuous progress towards achieving account strategies.

· Ensure accurate and timely forecasts and management reporting in CRM and ERP

Skills

· Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles end-to-end.

· Strong organizational skills

· Strong selling ability - critical questioning, listening, analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation.

· Great strategic thinking with the ability to understand customer needs, overcome objections, develop business cases, negotiate, and close deals.

· Solid understanding of our technologies.

· Ability to develop and maintain executive-level relationships with both business and IT customers.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree

· Fluent in English and Hebrew

· Experience in negotiation and selling software licensing - an advantage

· Experience using sales automation tools such as CRM and ERP
