About the Role
A unique opportunity to join a leading company in Poland under IBI Investment House. A credit fund specializing in non-bank financing for corporations in Poland, secured by real estate assets.
Responsibilities:
- Structuring deals, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and driving the company's business growth.
- Managing a local sales team and leading them to achieve targets.
- Building relationships with strategic clients and meeting with brokers.
- Retaining existing clients and expanding business relationships.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, generating reports, and setting improvement targets.
- Working closely with other departments within the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree – mandatory; degree in finance – an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management within the finance sector.
- Experience managing international/multicultural teams – an advantage.
- High-level English – mandatory; Polish – an advantage.
- Strong business acumen – mandatory.
Personal Skills:
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets.
- Strong strategic and organizational thinking.
- Exceptional communication, verbal, and representational skills.
Willingness to relocate to Poland. Excellent relocation terms will be provided for suitable candidates.
