About the Role

A unique opportunity to join a leading company in Poland under IBI Investment House. A credit fund specializing in non-bank financing for corporations in Poland, secured by real estate assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Structuring deals, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and driving the company's business growth.
  • Managing a local sales team and leading them to achieve targets.
  • Building relationships with strategic clients and meeting with brokers.
  • Retaining existing clients and expanding business relationships.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, generating reports, and setting improvement targets.
  • Working closely with other departments within the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree – mandatory; degree in finance – an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management within the finance sector.
  • Experience managing international/multicultural teams – an advantage.
  • High-level English – mandatory; Polish – an advantage.
  • Strong business acumen – mandatory.

  • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets.
  • Strong strategic and organizational thinking.
  • Exceptional communication, verbal, and representational skills.

Willingness to relocate to Poland. Excellent relocation terms will be provided for suitable candidates.
